The Florist Charter to Customer Commitment (the "Charter") is agreed to by each efloristsRus.com member. The Charter establishes a shared service standard to ensure customers are comfortable in the knowledge that they will always receive the highest standard of service from each of our members.

Each efloristsRus.com member agrees to abide by the Charter. Membership may be cancelled by efloristsRus.com in its sole discretion in the event that a member is found to be operating outside the guidelines set out below.

• Value for Money - Every efloristsRus.com member agrees to price their products to ensure they offer value for money, they are competitive with the local market and are not at a price greater than would be charged to regular clients who come to their shop
• Quality - Every efloristsRus.com member will use only the freshest & best quality flowers available
• Service - Every efloristsRus.com member will provide the highest possible level of service to its online customers, will communicate promptly & politely with all its customers, will take any complaints by online customers seriously & act to resolve any complaint within 24 hours of complaint being made
• Delivery - Orders received will be delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with the member‘s guaranteed same day delivery in the members specified preferred postcode areas and the successful delivery notice completed within 24 hours of delivery.
