Delivery Times & Guidelines
Delivery Charge

The delivery charge on all orders is AUD$9.90.

Unlike other florists, we don‘t build the delivery fee into the price of your flowers, so you know exactly what you are paying for. Our delivery fee is displayed in your order at the checkout when you enter the delivery address.

If your order is urgent or you are unsure as to when your flowers will be delivered, please make sure you contact us via email or phone so we are aware of your priority requirements.

Should you have special delivery instructions, please ensure you advise us when placing your order. When ordering online, there‘s a "Special Instructions" box for these delivery instructions.
Weekday Deliveries

NOTE: All orders received before 1.30pm local time will be delivered the same day if requested.

All orders received after 1.30pm local time may be delivered the next working day depending on courier availability.
Saturday Deliveries

For deliveries outside our standard delivery times specified above, in the event that our staff cannot contact you, our staff will decide for you the best time for sending your flowers. This may be before or after the requested date to ensure that your flowers are received at the most suitable time. All orders received after the cut off times are not guaranteed to be delivered same day.

Deliveries to commercial & business addresses will be made during business hours. Deliveries to residential addresses MAY be made outside business hours, as this is generally the most convenient time for the recipient.

IMPORTANT: Due to the high volume of orders we receive especially during busy times like Valentines Day, Mothers Day & Christmas, requests for exact delivery times or small "windows of time" obviously cannot & will not be accomodated. |
